When playing an instrument, warming up is always a great first step.

Intro + Inspo

Music and mobility come so much together hand in hand. You may think that it's clearly the mobility of the fingers on an instrument, but it's so much more than that. Playing an instrument brings in emotion and movement, which connect to each other. As a pianist who's played piano for 7 years now, I can acknowledge these ideas.

My piano journey was not an easy one. I started right after I turned eight years old, where I attended a music academy 30 minutes a week. I learned at a slow pace and didn't find any value where I was learning from. I had to go through five piano teachers, and I left the academy four years later after I started because I wasn't satisfied with the learning experience. I wasn't going to quit my passion yet.

I later found a sixth piano teacher, who really taught me so much more than I have ever learned. I soon advanced quickly, got ahead, and improved an immense amount. At fourteen, I received a superior rating at a Junior Festival in my division despite the past that held me back. Now, I hold piano workshops to help educate other kids as well.

All musical players are always welcome to come here and learn. This guide is not only for information, but inspiring others to never give up :).
